Built by P.S.U. to manage most, if not all of their automated systems. It is located at the top of the P.S.U. Headquarters. Despite this, it seems oddly... human. P.S.U. refuses to give more information about, or allow anyone close to it.

A leading lieutenant for P.S.U., often opting for the extreme solutions to his problems. He always prefers steel over flesh, hence his cybernetic arm. He could've saved that arm but he insisted on replacing it. He then went and replaced most of, if not his whole body despite constant warnings about it.

A fitness trainer for P.S.U. He rejected cybernetics for their "lack of skill required" in favor of his natural agility, aside from the respiratory enhancements needed to survive on Earth. He is typically jogging anywhere he can in his free time

The main contractor for P.S.U. He is one of few people to not really embrace cybernetics as another enjoyer of nature. More specifically animals hence why he adopted some of humanities few far between cats remaining on the planet.

A protest leader against the advancement of technology and environmental destruction, despite this fact she is actually rather socially awkward in practice of anything but protesting. Her rebreather was a medical installation for her panic attacks much to her displeasure.

He is Mark's brother, who Mark presumed was dead after a severe car accident. He is the leading manager of F.H.I., and typically spends his time in his lavish home in the outskirts.

A popular socialite. Typically a figurehead or model for most company branding including the U.E.T.A., P.S.U., or F.H.I. Despite this, she envies Leah's looks to a point of a dynamic rivalry between the two. Almost like they like each other or something.

A dropout artist working under the U.E.T.A., he's rather passionate about his creations, typically helping to maintenance the many creations of the association. So much so, that he installed a cybernetic ear that gives him pings when a robot is in any form of need for maintenance

As much as known, this is the mysterious enigma of a leader running the U.E.T.A. He redacted his own file after his leadership started. It's unknown wether the lack of his face is truly a physical property, a mask, or just an illusion of sorts.

A fully autonomous robot designated to relay and broadcast orbital signals. They used to be widespread but eventually resources were stretched so thin that only one remained. Created by U.E.T.A.

An odd creation by the U.E.T.A., solely based for recreation. Despite the oddity of this one, it seems to get special attention from Lazlo. Though there are many of this kind, it's the only one fully upgraded to it's maximum potential
